• Engine to alternator rubber-block drive coupling

• Free standing (ship-loose off skid) (NEMA 3R weather protected) generator set control panel enclosure

with clear viewing panel, powder coat painted. Digital generator set controller & breaker

• DeepSea 8610 Mark-II digital paralleling and synchronizing controller (ComAp optional)

• Safety shutdowns for high water temperature, low oil pressure, over crank, overspeed

• Motor starting controls for electric drive radiator

• 1600 AMP rack mounted motorized circuit breaker with PT’s & CT’s

• Point of “customer common contact” busbar connection inside (rear)of the control panel through (access

door) hex-key door lock

• Breaker trip safety, should the breaker access door be opened to the breaker while under power

(energized) the breaker will trip “open”

• Service lighting (DC) inside control panel, with twist timer

• New engine-generator set wiring harness for command and control communications between engine and

digital generator-set controller.

• Note: cable connection between the alternator and breaker are not provided (optional cost)

• Remote communications with DeepSea controller (available as standard from DeepSea)

• Critical grade exhaust silencer complete with exhaust flex and transitions, bolt and gasket kit

• Electric drive (horizontal discharge) separate-circuit (HT/LT) cooling radiator, rated for 50C ambient.

Radiator comes complete with motor starting controls. Radiator is “off-skid” to be mounted in front of the

generator set package. Includes an installation kit for connection to the engine (during) installation.

• Factory package is load bank tested and a copy of the certified load test report provided with each unit

• One-year 3000 hour complete-package warranty, from the initial date of startup-commissioning
